I’m launching an amateur photography club for foreigners living in Seoul and Koreans too.  We’ll gather at the most beautiful, inspiring and otherwise “photogenic” spots in Seoul once every two weeks and try to get some good shots.  If you’re interested, please use the comment form below to get in touch.

The POK Photography Club will be meeting at 4:00 p.m. this Saturday (Sept. 25) at the main gate of Gyeonghui Palace (경희궁).  Please meet at the location marked with a red arrow in the first picture below.

I chose this location for two reasons: One, because I’m very fond of Gyeonghuigung but the only pictures I have of it are terrible and; two, because the Seoul History Museum is right next door and we can head over there if it rains.

Getting there: The stop you want is Seoul History Museum.  Many buses come by here: 160, 161, 260, 370, 470, 601 등 등 등.  It is also walkable from Gwanghwmun or Seodaemun subway stations.
